Self‑adhesive PTFE Teflon tape is made of PTFE‑coated fiberglass fabric with silicone pressure‑sensitive adhesive. It features excellent high & low temperature resistance, non‑stick release property, great wear and corrosion resistance, and good electrical insulation. Widely applied for sealing machines, heat sealers, heat presses, roller wrapping, mold release, food processing equipment and electronic insulation.     A: Continuous operating temperature ranges from -70℃ to 260℃, short‑term peak temperature up to 300℃. Do not stay at 300℃ for long‑time working.
    Q2: Will the adhesive leave residue after peeling off?
    A: With silicone adhesive formula, low‑residue performance under normal high‑temperature conditions. Heavy long‑term high‑temperature aging may cause slight residual glue.
    Q3: Can it be custom cut into special width and length?
    A: Yes. Available width:10‑1000mm, common lengths 10/20/50/100m. Custom slitting service is supported.
    Q4: Is this tape electrically insulating?
    A: Main common thickness:0.13mm,0.18mm,0.20mm,0.25mm. Different thickness fits different working conditions.
    Q5: Can it directly contact food?
    A: The PTFE surface is food‑safe, suitable for food‑processing equipment surface lining. Not for direct long‑term food wrapping.
    Q6: Why does edge lifting happen after pasting?
    A: Mostly caused by unclean oily surface or over‑bending sharp corners. Please clean surface before application, avoid excessive sharp folding.
