If a quality issue is confirmed, we will rework or replace the affected goods or issue compensation according to the contract. Photos and documents are all we need to start the process.

We test adhesion strength (peel adhesion) in our lab by measuring the force needed to peel the tape from a standard surface, and provide TDS (Technical Data Sheet) with detailed specifications for each product.
